Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once files have been downloaded.

By purchasing a digital product from Caty Catherine, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to downloadable files and that no refunds, returns, or exchanges are available once access has been granted.

If you experience any issues with your download (for example, a corrupted file or missing content), please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • The files are faulty and we are unable to resolve the issue

  • The wrong files were supplied and cannot be corrected

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Incompatibility with software or devices not listed as supported

European Union Customers

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once the download has begun.

By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download starts.
